XSCAPE//WHITE: SKYFALL

Washington, DC - Project Briggs. Inc., is proud to announce and present Xscape//White: SkyFall. We are inspired by Washington, DC's longtime White Party and White Attire Affairs in its humble beginnings founded by Abdur-Rahim Briggs, President which started as backyard cookout in 1999 in Washington, DC that benefited Us Helping Us, Inc. Affectionately known as "The White Party", Project Briggs, Inc. looks to reboot DC's LGBT African-American Community's longest running philanthropic event which spanned from 1999-2015. Briggs said, “We are thrilled to bring this premier all WHITE event BACK to the district.”

This event, Sponsored by Anacostia River Realty, will be Washington DC’s Summer Signature Social Event, highlighting the “movers and shakers” of Washington D.C. wearing all white representing unity among the LGBT Community. Xscape//White will follow the rich legacy of past events and what better way to highlight the Summer of 2018 than to mingle with the city’s most influential people from various industries in all white attire

Xscape//White: Skyfall theme will play on the idea of a vivacious summer soiree’ with an elegant twist. This platform will be the backdrop for a time of socialization on a warm, summer afternoon with a crisp chardonnay or Pinot Grigio in hand. The event will feature numerous drink specials to all patrons. 

 

"This Summer we look forward to bringing back an event that many folks have come to know and love.” says Briggs, President of Project Briggs, Inc. “We will continue to provide an unprecedented visibility to our community - No One Will Out Work Us!” Briggs states.

 

The goal of the event is to raise funds to help sustain our community programs and advance our mission. Since the launch of Project Briggs. Inc., 100% of all proceeds have supported many programs in the community.
